Woman Who Refuses to Leave Hospital Arrested, Charged with Battery at Facility for Spitting on Nurse

According to this report from WBOY, a Maidsville woman has been arrested and charged with battery on a healthcare worker after spitting on a nurse.
At approximately 12:32 a.m. Wednesday, Morgantown Police officers responded to Ruby Memorial Hospital to assist hospital security with a patient.
Security told police that Amber Lynne Pacella, 27, received medical treatment and was cleared and discharged from the hospital, but Pacella refused to leave the premises.
