Massive Paving Project on City's Trail System Begins Later this Month; Temporary Closures are Likely

FROM THE CITY OF BRIDGEPORT
Please be aware that contractors will be paving parts of the Bridgeport City Park Trails for the next several weeks.
The work will take place along the Bridgeport City Park Trail around the City Park Complex and continue all the way to Virginia Avenue.
Work is scheduled to start on Monday, May 24, 2021 and continue for approximately 3 weeks, weather permitting.
During this time, sections of the trail may be closed for short periods of time and residents are asked to use extra caution when utilizing the Bridgeport City Parks Trails.
