Arguably State's Top High School Basketball Player, Anochili-Killen, Commits to Familiar D-1 Program

According to MetroNews, Chapmanville senior Obinna Anochili-Killen has verbally committed to compete at Marshall University. Anochili-Killen is one of the Mountain State’s most heavily recruited players in the Class of 2020 with seventeen Division 1 offers.
 
Anochil-Killen has led Chapmanville to back-to-back Class AA state championships. The Tigers went 26-2 in the 2018-2019 season and were undefeated against in-state competition.
 
Anochili-Killen averaged 15.2 points per game and narrowly missed a triple-double in the Class AA final against Fairmont Senior. He scored 12 points, grabbed 12 rebound and blocked 8 shots in the Tigers’ 60-46 win.
