BHS Announces Informational Meeting Scheduled for August 17 to Address Sudden Cardiac Arrest Issues

In fulfillment of the requirement set forth by WV Senate Bill 640, which requires schools to hold an informational meeting regarding Sudden Cardiac Arrest, keep in mind offering this meeting is a requirement by the school and attendance is not mandatory.
Our meeting will be held August 17, 2022, at 9 a.m. at Bridgeport High School, please enter under the canopy and report to the office. This meeting is for any parent and student who will, or think they will, participate in any sport this upcoming school year.
The brief meeting will discuss the following information provided by the attached link, https://nfhslearn.com/courses/61032/sudden-cardiac-arrest which is a free course offered by NFHS, that may also be found on the www.wvssac.org website.
