BHS Baseball Home Opener, Softball Doubleader Postponed

The Bridgeport High School baseball team will have to wait at least one more day before starting the season.
Following the postponement of Wednesday's away game at Buckhannon-Upshur, the home opener against North Marionischeduled for today has also been postponed. It has been rescheduled for April 28.
The Indians will try again on Friday as they are slated to travel to Morgantown for a 5 p.m. game.
Also on Thursday, the BHS softball team's doubleheader with North Marion has been postponed and will be made up on May 24.
The next scheduled game for the softball team is a doubleheader on Monday at home against Lewis County with first pitch set for 5 p.m.
