The Bridgeport Middle School girls soccer team was recognized at last week's Harrison County Board of Education meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 14. The team was recognized for winning the Mid Mountain 10 Conference championship.
Superintendent Dora Stutler and BOE President Frank Devono Jr. led the recognition of the team coached by Jack Boot and assisted by Jessica Boot. Devono is shown far left in the picture, while Stutler in second from the right. Also shown is BMS Athletic Director Cam Cutlip and team member Peyton Kelley.
Due to conflicts with many of the members having a basketball game the same evening, Kelley was the only member able to attend. The roster consists of Maleia Belcastro, Mya Belcastro, Ally Day, Macie Dotson, Gianna Dumas, Makenzie Foster, Molly Frenzel, Peyton Kelley, Katelyn Kerr, Evelyn Callahan, Elliana Parker, Carly Church, Delaney Sandy, Aria Selario, Taelyn Sims, Jaelyn Campbell, Kendall Thomas, Olivia Halterman, and Gianna Vessecchia.
