Gone in 60 Seconds.

Probably (University’s) Noah Braham. That dude mashes. I pitched twice against University this year so I probably saw him eight times. He’s a hard out for sure.

Favorite subject in school?
Definitely science.

Any pregame superstitions or rituals?
Not really, I just put on some music, get locked in and ready to go.

Nessa Barrett.

Who’s the funniest player on the BHS baseball team?
Oh,  Conner Blake for sure.

Definitely Enter Sandman by Metallica. That gets me hyped every time.

Homemade mac and cheese.

Favorite meal?
I’m a big alfredo guy so maybe some chicken alfredo.

Would you rather be on the mound and get a strikeout to end the game or at the plate and get a walk-off hit?
I love the game-ending strikeouts. That’s such a big moment, going out there for your guys and getting it done.

Favorite pro or college athlete?
I’m a big Randy Johnson fan.

Favorite pro or college team?
The Boston Red Sox. It’s kind of down year this year but we will come back.
Editor’s Note: Chris wasn’t about the let the opportunity pass in telling that another American East team, the Baltimore Orioles, are not having a down year.

What’s one thing it seems like everybody you know likes but you can’t stand?
Math, that’s for sure. It seems like everybody here likes math.

I’m watching a lot of college baseball right. All the tournaments for the College World Series.

A chili cheese dog and a blue Gatorade.

I want to fly.

What is the most important thing being an athlete at BHS has taught you?
Self-accountability and how to do your job.

There’s a young kid in the community just getting into baseball what advice do you give him or her?
Have fun. Baseball is a game you can play your whole life, no matter how old or how young you are. Ride the ups, forget about the downs and have fun.
