While many were taking in one of the last weekends of summer Saturday or at the Bridgeport Recreation Complex for the biggest cross country meet in Bridgeport High School history, the Indians' cheerleaders were in front of their school having a car wash. According to Coach Emilee Stout, the squad does the annual event to raise proceeds for the school.

 

Stout said all the money raised this past Saturday goes to the squad. The team recently named members for the upcoming 2015 season. The team has finished as the runner-up in Class AA for the last two seasons.
