Indians Climb to No. 3 in Class AAA MetroNews Power Rankings; Martinsburg Maintains No. 1 Spot

The Bridgeport High School football team has moved up five spots in the Week 7 Class AAA MetroNews Power Rankings.
The Indians (5-1) are now No. 3 following Friday’s 28-20 win at Parkersburg South (5-1) which falls to No. 5.
Martinsburg (5-1) remains No. 1 in Class AAA, while Spring Valley (5-0) is No. 2.
A future BHS opponent, Musselman (4-1) is No. 8.
In Class AA, Independence (6-0) keeps its No. 1 spot. Fairmont Senior (4-2) is No. 2, Scott (6-0) is No. 3 and North Marion (5-1) is No. 4.
Wheeling Central (5-0) sets atop the Class A power rankings, followed by Williamstown (5-0) at No. 2 and Doddridge County (5-0) at No. 3.
