Lady Indian Volleyball Tryouts to be held Monday through Wednesday at BHS

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY BHS VOLLEYBALL COACH ALI BURTON:
Bridgeport High School volleyball tryouts will be held Monday, Aug. 6 through Wed., Aug. 8 at BHS. All athletes must have a physical form complete and dated June 1 or after to participate.
Monday will start with a conditioning/lifting session. Athletes will meet at the BHS track finish line at 6 a.m. and the session will be over at 7:30 a.m. Tryouts will reconvene 3:30-6 p.m. at the BHS gymnasium.
Tuesday’s tryouts will be a 3:30-6 p.m. session at the BHS gym.
Wednesday will include both a 6-7:30 a.m. conditioning/lifting session (meet at BHS track) and a 3:30-6 p.m. gym session.
If cuts are necessary, the team will be announced at the conclusion of Wednesday’s session.
Team practice will begin Thurs., Aug. 9 from 3:30-6 p.m. at the BHS gym with a 5:45 p.m. parent meeting in the school cafeteria. Those wishing to serve as volunteer drivers should bring vehicle insurance information.
A full team practice schedule will be distributed at the Aug. 9 practice.
