Marshall University Football Player Allegedly Runs Afoul of Law on Sunday; Facing DUI-Related Charges

According to MetroNews, a Marshall University football player was arrested over the weekend on DUI-related charges.
 
According to a criminal complaint from Huntington police, Rodney Allen, 23, a defensive back for the Herd, was driving drunk in the 1400 block of 4 1/2 Alley early Sunday morning. It’s alleged there was damage to a vehicle in a crash. Allen was also allegedly driving without a license.
