Morgantown Football Program Replaces Long-Time Football Coach Bowers with Assistant Matt Lacy

According to MetroNews, following a search that drew attention from around the country, Morgantown High School has a new football coach, and he was already on the current staff. Defensive coordinator Matt Lacy has been promoted to head coach and will lead the Mohigans heading into the 2016 season.
 
Although Bridgeport does not play the Mohigans during the regular season, the Indians have matched up with MHS multiple times in scrimmages during the past few years. The teams have traded home locations for the last few years.
