Buckhannon-Upshur defeated Bridgeport, 6-2, Monday in a Class AAA Region I, Section 2 semifinal game.Ryan Hurst had a hat trick for the Buccaneers (7-5-1) who advance to face top-seeded University on Wednesday for the sectional title.
Kyle McCarthy and Zane Wagner had goals for the Indians who finish the season at 6-4-1.
