Photos: Bridgeport Baseball Easily Advances to Regional Final

On Tuesday, Bridgeport hosted its regional semi-final game against Liberty. Bridgeport did not allow Liberty to score, winning 10-0 with the game ending in the fifth inning due to the mercy rule. Bridgeport's Sammy Aloi was awarded the win for the Indians with another strong postseason pitching effort.
With the win, Bridgeport will now have to travel to Frankfort to play in the Class AA, Region II final. That game is scheduled for Thursday. The winner of that game will punch their ticket to the state tournament in Charleston.
