Concord finished four runners in the top eight to help it to a second-straight Mountain East Conference men's cross country championship on Saturday at the Bridgeport Recreaction Complex. Wheeling Jesuit won its first-ever Mountain East Conference title in women's cross country after placing its first four runners in the top five.
