For the third straight time, Fairmont Senior proved to be too much for Bridgeport. Thursday evening at East-West Stadium in Fairmont, the Bears managed to take a 45-14 win against the Indians.
 
The Indians were unable to slow the Polar Bears offense and, in particular, quarterback Connor Neal who three for more than 300 yards and had four touchdown passes.
 
The win moves FSHS to 4-0 on the year. The loss, the first for BHS, drops it to 3-1.
 
Bridgeport will look to bounce back next week, but things won't get any easier. The Tribe will play host to rival Robert C. Byrd at 7 p.m.
 
Fairmont Senior will also have a big game. The Polar Bears will host Class AAA University.
