WVU senior point guard Juwan Staten scored 20 points, including a layup with four seconds left that came after he went coast to coast with the ball, to lift No. 23 West Virginia to a 62-61 victory against No. 8 Kansas on Monday night in Big 12 Conference play in Morgantown.
