Roar Sports recently completed their 2022 Spring NFL FLAG football season with 2 exciting games that did not disappoint. Fans cheered their teams on to hard-fought victories.

 

The U9 Division started the day off with the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers taking on the Las Vegas Raiders. Most of the game was back and forth, each team delivering touchdowns with exciting plays. One of the most dynamic RBs in the U9 Division, Casey Pumphrey of the Raiders, continued his open-field scoring prowess. And when thinking of excitement, it’s hard to beat Steelers RB Graham DeLeurere who reversed the field 3 times on his way to the endzone. Carter Strasser continued to display his stellar catching abilities while up-and-coming RB Connor Milnes spun his way into the endzone. In the end, the Steelers, led by Head Coach Billy Milnes, had too many weapons and pulled away to take home the title and remain perfect on the season winning 44-36

 

Roar Sports will complete their 2022 NFL FLAG season with a Pro-Bowl slated for Saturday, June 18 with a game for each division. Teams will play on behalf of one of two local charities. Those charities are Life Choice Pregnancy Resource Center and Northern Appalachia Teen Challenge. Along with lead sponsor Marple Heating & Cooling, Roar Sports will donate all monies from the game to said charities. While all games are free admission, Roar Sports will be asking fans for a $5 donation for admission which will also go towards the charitable contributions.

 

Registration for the 2022 Fall Season is now open at Eary Bird rates. Rates increase on July 5.
