The annual Bridgeport High School Football steak fry sponsored by Bridgeport Youth Football will be held August 9 at Oral Lake. The event begins at 6 p.m. with the social hour running from the start until 7 p.m. and then the dinner beginning at 7 p.m.

 

Tickets for the event are now being sold. The cost to attend is $30 per person, which includes legal beverages, steak dinner as well as chicken and other culinary amenities.

 

For those looking to attend and acquire a ticket, please contact Shawn Marshall at 304-612-0356. Tickets will also be sold at Bridgeport High School from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in front of the high school Saturday.

 

Proceeds from the event benefit the high school football team. One of the largest acquisitions was the recent purchase of the equipment trailer that has helped facilitate the transfer of items to road games. The steak fry also provides money for game-day attire and coaching gear for the staff of BHS.
