According to this report from BlueGoldNews.com, tight end TJ Ivy  had three Big Ten schools along with one Big 12 institution in his top four, but it was the latter that won out when he announced that West Virginia was his destination on Friday afternoon. Ivy had also listed Iowa, Indiana and Illinois as his top schools on May 18.
