After double overtime last Friday night at Wayne Jamison Field, Bridgeport High School came up short in the WVSSAC Class AA semifinal football contest. Winning 22-21, Fairmont Senior advanced to the state championship title game and plays Mingo Central tonight at Wheeling Island. Radio "Voice of the Indians" Travis Jones of Bridgeport will be calling that game live on Root Sports, Channel 48 over local cable. Kick-off was shortly after 7 p.m. Jones is joined by former West Virginia University quarterback Rasheed Marshall, who will handle the analysis of the game. 

 

The duo will call the Class AAA game live Saturday at noon and the Class A game Saturday evening. The Class A game will be shown on Root Sports on tape delay.
