Season tickets for West Virginia’s 2014-15 men’s basketball campaign will go on sale Monday, Aug. 4, at the Mountaineer Ticket Office.

West Virginia will play 16 home games at the WVU Coliseum. The Mountaineers will open their schedule against Shepherd in an exhibition game on Sunday, Nov. 9. Every Big 12 Conference school will visit Morgantown again this season. Those include Baylor, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas and Texas Tech. LSU, Virginia Tech, Monmouth, Lafayette, College of Charleston and Wofford will all visit the Coliseum in non-league action.

Upper level season tickets are available for $320 each in the upper sideline sections and $250 in the upper baseline sections. Upper sideline sections are sections 2-24 and 42-54. Upper baseline sections are sections 26-40 and 66-80. Purchasing upper level season tickets will guarantee fans a savings of at least $43 over buying tickets at the single game price.

Lower level seats are available only to renewing season ticket holders. Faculty/staff can purchase up to six season tickets at a discounted rate.

Mountaineer Athletic Club members, past season ticket holders and WVU faculty/staff must order their tickets by Sept. 8 to reserve priority seating. Order forms are being mailed to MAC members, past season ticket holders and WVU faculty/staff members. Renewing season ticket holders will receive information in their priority mailing about renewing their season tickets online at WVUGame.com.

“Coach Huggins and everyone associated with the Mountaineer basketball program is excited for another action-packed season of Big 12 basketball,” said Matt Wells, Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs. “As we saw last season during wins over Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State and Oklahoma, Mountaineer fans continue to make the WVU Coliseum a special venue for college basketball. We encourage fans to buy their season tickets today to be part of the excitement.”
