WVU's Opening Football Game with Mizzou a "Gold Rush" Outing; Fans to Receive 60,0000 Gold Shakers

West Virginia will face Missouri on Saturday, Sept. 3 at Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium in the college football opener for both teams. Kickoff is set for Noon.
The game is a Gold Rush presented by the West Virginia Lottery - all fans are encouraged to wear gold.
In honor of the start of the 125th year of WVU football and to help make Milan Puskar Stadium a sea of gold, Coca-Cola will provide 60,000 WVU125 gold shakers to Mountaineer fans at the game.
Tickets are still available. They can be purchased at WVUGAME.com or 1-800-WVU GAME.
The game on Sept. 3 will be the first time WVU has faced an SEC team in a home opener in 54 years.
The Mountaineers are 5-5 against SEC teams since 2000. The last SEC opponent to visit Milan Puskar Stadium was LSU in 2011.
