In this report from MetroNews, they say that repairs to Wheeling Island Stadium, host of the West Virginia high school football Super Six, will take five months for completion and cost approximately $700,000, according to the Wheeling Intelligencer.

Ohio County school officials said the stadium should be open for use by mid-September. Last year, that could have impacted Bridgeport High School as the Indians played Wheeling Park there. This year, however, the Patriots visit Bridgeport in week two of the season.
