The North Central West Virginia Airport's Restaurant - Parker's on the Runway - had a ribbon cutting Tuesday morning for their re-grand opening. The restaurant opened this past August, so they've been in the area for about eight months, according to this report from WDTV. 

 

The estabishment is located in the NCWV Airport's terminal building, on the top floor. Some of their most popular dishes include their bruschetta and what's called the Parker's Deluxe. It's a ribeye steak with buttered garlic Texas toast and peppers, onions and sauce.
