The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists that there will be a Traffic Delay/Lane Closure on Interstate 79, Exit 125, Saltwell Exit both Northbound and Southbound Lanes beginning Monday, March 23, 2020 at 8 p.m. through Friday, March 27, 2020 at 6 a.m. 

  

The purpose for the Traffic Delay/Lane Closure is the construction of a new bridge structure on County Route 131 over I-79 North and Southbound Lanes.  Various single lane closures will be closed at night from 8 p.m. through 6 a.m. on both I-79 Northbound and Southbound. 

 

These closures will be night-time only.  Alternate routes will be I-79, Exit 124 and County Route 279.

  

Use caution and expect delays. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.  Please note that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
