Restaurant Road Trip a Short One as Miskycha's Unique Culinary Offerings Found at Meadowbrook Mall

By Connect-Bridgeport Staff on September 16, 2016 via Connect-Bridgeport.com

In a recent edition of "The Restaurant Road Report," WBOY visited The Meadowbrook Mall in Bridgeport.

The best cuisine the country of Peru has to offer is featured at Miskycha.

"This is authentic Peruvian food," said Miskycha co-owner Jerry Robinson. "Everything we have here would be the same food as if you would go to Lima Peru."

Jerry Robinson and his wife Zully met here in West Virginia, but decided to live for 7 years in Zully's home of Peru.

After moving back to the area, they planned to bring Peruvian cuisine to Harrison County, the Meadowbrook Mall to be exact, and that's where Miskycha was born.

"It means very delicious in Ketawa," said Jerry Robinson. "It's the native language of Peru."
