Road Closing in Area Due to Interstate 79 Bridge Work and WVDOH Officials are Calling for Major Delays

FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, DISTRICT FOUR OFFICE
There will be a road closure on County Route 60, Vinegar Hill Road, from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2023, for work crews to remove the existing bridge, for the Interstate 79 widening project.
Daytime operations only. Local traffic only.
Expect major delays. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
