Section of Interstate 79 to See Lane Closure in Area South of City for Two-Week Period; Expect Delays

FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS
The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists of a lane closure on I-79.
The SLOW LANE of Southbound I-79 at the bridge at Mile Marker 112 will be closed starting Monday, October 21, 2019. The project will last approximately two weeks and is for full depth pavement replacement.
The lane will be closed for the duration of the project. Please note that inclement weather and unforeseen events may change the time frame for this project.
