It's another week for WDTV's "Tasty Tuesday" report and for those living in Bridgeport or visiting, here's a restaurant folks may want to take a quick trip to visit. This week's featured eatery is a quick up the road from Bridgeport, just off Interstate 79 North in Marion County.

DJ Rundle started DJ's 50s & 60s Diner almost 20 years ago with his parents. The diner was a fun way to pay tribute to his dad's love of classic cars.

"Well my father had a lot of classic cars. He was in a car club and they had no place to hang out so he thought 'Hey, let's get a little diner going'," said Rundle.

He continued, "He had his 61 Corvette from when he was 16 and he just hung onto it."

The diner is decorated with 50s and 60s memorabilia and every Thursday when the weather's nice, DJ's hosts "car cruises".

"People just drive their cars up and they'll sit down and have a milkshake, and we'll have giveaways and prizes," Rundle explained.

Rundle's dad also has a DeLorean, the model of car from the movie 'Back to the Future'. The DeLorean is out front every Thursday for the car cruises.

Regular customers say they love the diner for the homemade food and great service.

"I come here because it's close to home and the food is good," said customer Nick Fantasia.
