The West Virginia Division of Highways advises motorists that there will be a Traffic Delay/Lane Closure at the Intersection of County Route 131 and Interstate 79, Exit 125, Northbound & Southbound (Saltwell Exit) beginning on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 7:00 a.m. through Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.  Alternate routes will be I-79, Exit 124 & County Route 279.     

 

The purpose for the delay is drilling for core bearings for design of roadway.  County Route 131 will be narrowed to single lane periodically and I-79, both Northbound and Southbound will be shoulder work only. 

 

No lane closures on I-79.   

 

Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.  Please note that inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
