Bridgeport Police Asking for Public Help in Identifying Man being Sought in Fraud Complaint Investigation

The Bridgeport Police Department is hoping the community can once again provide assistance by helping to identify an individual sought in an ongoing investigation.
 
Bridgeport Police Officer W.L. "William" Townsend is heading up the case in relation to a fraud complaint at a Main Street business. The complaint, according to Townsend occurred on March 7.
 
The property in question is the Bridgeport Price Cutter. The business in question is the Bridgeport Family Pharmacy located inside the business.
 
Townsend said the suspect is an African American male who is either bald or has a shaved head. The individual is likely between 5'6 and 5'10 tall. The weight of the suspect is estimated to be between 150 and 170 pounds.
 
The suspected was seen wearing a black hoodie with a picture of mushrooms on the back. He was also wearing black pants, and black and white shoes at the time of the alleged incident.
 
Anyone with information on this particular situation or who may know who ths suspect shown in the surveillance images might be is asked to contact Townsend at 304-848-6105. If he does not answer, individuals are asked to leave a message.
