Jeff Toquinto is the Communications Director/Administrator of Connect-Bridgeport. He is a 1992 cum laude graduate of Fairmont State College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in History. He has spent more than 35 years in the journalism field, most of it involving the coverage of Bridgeport, while also spending four years working with two architectural/engineering firms.
