Holiday Shopping Season Here as Meadowbrook Mall Lists Businesses Joining Roster through Christmas

It’s that time of the year when it’s a guarantee that Meadowbrook Mall will have new businesses. And it has everything to do with the exact time of year that it is.

With the holiday shopping season at hand, Meadowbrook Mall once again has several new businesses that are on hand through Christmas and usually several months after. This year, all of the holiday shops announced by the mall may have a familiar feel to them.

“It’s always nice to see the holiday stores come in. Not only does it add to the diversity of offerings, but it gets everyone excited about the holidays that are at hand,” said Marcello Lalama, the Meadowbrook Mall Property Manager.

Perhaps the most definitive sign that the Mall is in “holiday” mode is the arrival of Hickory Farms. The long-time brand that offers meats, cheeses and other culinary treats has been a fixture this time of year for more than a decade.

“They’re a staple for the holiday at our mall and many malls across the nation,” said Lalama. “They do great business here and it’s one of the businesses a lot of our shoppers look forward to because they offer a quality product from a well-known brand.”

At Center Court, the mall once again has Personalized Ornaments. As the name suggest, the business is exclusively set to cater to the Christmas crowd.

“They’ve been a regular in the same location for a few years now. They sell ornaments and personalize them in the manner in which you would like. Their name is exactly what they do,” Lalama said.

Joining the fold this year is T-Shirt Hut. Located in front of Buckle, you can get unique items at this business.

“They do silk screen, custom made t-shirts. You can walk around their kiosk to get an idea of what they offer,” said Lalama. “It’s all very unique and original as they do not offer sports-related or licensed shirts.”

Also back is Turkish Delights near Elder-Beerman. Lalama said the business did very well last year as they offer gift and novelty items from Turkey.

“They sell a variety of items from purses and costume jewelry to soaps and candles and a lot more. The one thing that is consistent is that it’s all made in Turkey,” said Lalama.
