Photos: Images from FBI's Fallen Officers Ceremony

There was plenty of activity Tuesday at the FBI’s CJIS Facility during a memorial ceremony in honor of Fallen West Virginia Law Enforcement Officers. The tribute focused on Clarksburg native Joseph Portaro, or "Jody" by those that knew him from his youth and "Joe" in his adult life.
