Are you married? Yes, to John Yaquinta.

Where do you work? I’ve been a dental hygienist at Hazey Dental Associates for 20 years and have been practicing dental hygiene for 37 years.

Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Valley Falls State Park

Favorite place outside of WV? Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Favorite restaurant? Cody’s

Hobbies? Love watching college football and basketball especially WVU.

Interesting fact about you? I love spending time with my family and being a Nonnie to my two-year-old grandson Jimmy and three week old granddaughter Elsie. I enjoy volunteering at Shepherd’s Corner where I started “Beyond the Shepherd” as an outreach to get clothes to all schools in Harrison County. Recently was fortunate to receive a grant from Sacred Heart Children’s Charities for $1500.00 to purchase new underwear and socks for the kids. I also do anything I can to support Young Life in Harrison County,

Editor's Note: Cover photo is Carla and her two grandchildren Jimmy and Elsie. Inside photo is Carla with her sister, Anita, at a WVU game.
