Jeff Toquinto is the Communications Director/Administrator of Connect-Bridgeport. He is a 1992 cum laude graduate of Fairmont State College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in History. He has spent nearly 20 years in the journalism field, most of it involving the coverage of Bridgeport, while also spending four years working with two architectural/engineering firms.
