Ugly Sweater Run 5K

In celebration of National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day, Highland-Clarksburg Hospital’s 3rd Annual Ugly Sweater Run will take place Saturday, December 15, 2018, at 4 p.m.! Runners and walkers are encouraged to participate and wear their “ugliest Christmas sweater.”

There will also be a Kids K for children ages 10 and under. The Kids K is free, registration is required. Participants of the Kids K will receive a participation trophy. The Kids K will begin at 3:30 p.m., before the 5K. The Kids K will take place in the parking lot in front of the Freedom Pavilion. Location Veterans Memorial Park Fitness Trail W.Va. Rt. 98 Clarksburg, WV 26301 Description The 3rd Annual Ugly Sweater Run will start and finish on the Fitness Trail at the Veterans Memorial Park. Runners and walkers are welcome. Race Day Information Race day packet pick up and registration will be held at the Freedom Pavilion at the Veterans Memorial Park, located off of W.Va. 98 starting at 3 p.m. Race start: 4 p.m. (runners and walkers) Kids K start: 3:30 p.m. Registration: Online or mail in registration: October 5-November 30 $25 https://highlandclarksburghospital.com/ugly-sweater-run/ December 1-December 13 $30 Race Day registration starting at 3 p.m. $30 Kids K is free. https://highlandclarksburghospital.com/ugly-sweater-run-kids-k/ Prizes The participant wearing the ugliest sweater will win a prize! Prizes will be give to: Overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female in the following age groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ Sponsors Sponsors are being accepted.
