17th Annual Arts for the Holidays 2018. 8 local crafts people offer the best of their creations. Take a pleasurable drive in the country to discover local artisans offering their handcrafted holiday gifts and art. Turn right onto Marshville Road, go approximately 3 ½ miles to the community center on the left. From Parkersburg (and points west), take Rt 50 East, approximately 4 miles east of Salem. Turn left onto Marshville Road, follow above directions.
