Come enjoy a day of golf, with food, fun and prizes. All while helping support Life Choice Pregnancy Resource Center.

Each player will receive a complimentary gift, snacks, and dinner. Registration starts at with a 9AM Shotgun start at 10:00 am and late lunch and awards at 3:00. Platinum Partner - $750 ~4 Playing Spots ~Recognized at Awards Dinner ~Hole and Practice Green Sponsor Team Partner - $500 ~4 Playing Spots ~Hole and Practice Green Sponsor Gold Partner - $150 ~Hole and Green Sponsor Practice Green Partner - $150 ~Practice Green Sign Individual Player Fee - $100 Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.
