15th Annual Blue and Gold Mine Sale

This is the 15th year of the partnership of WVU’s Sustainability Office and the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties to bring the Blue and Gold Mine Sale to the Morgantown community. The sale provides a second life to donated goods, keeps Morgantown streets cleaner and safer during the busy move-out weeks, and raises money for WVU’s United Way campaign. The sale has raised almost $65,000 in just the last 5 years.

Unwanted, still-usable items are donated in residence halls and around town and set up in a giant yard-sale like event at Milan Puskar Stadium. The sale is great for those students heading off to college in the fall! There are great deal on everything from clothing to small appliances to furniture and home decor.
