Spring Plant Sale

The Second Annual Spring Plant Sale will be held by St John’s Lutheran Church on May 13th from 9am - 3 pm at 721 Hall St, Bridgeport - just in time for Mother’s Day. The sale will include 50+ varieties of perennials, including many unusual and hard to find varieties. This year there will also be some vegetables, many beautiful annuals and a flower themed bake goods for sale. There will be lots of choices for those looking for a Mother’s Day gift. Rev. Stanley Lacey, pastor of St John’s, says, “We enjoyed meeting so many people from the community last year. We are looking forward to welcoming back returning guests and hope to welcome many new faces. In addition to strengthening relationships in the community, I hope that our plant sale serves as an encouragement and reminder of the importance of giving thanks and showing gratitude for the mothers that our Lord Jesus has placed in our lives.”
