City Faces in Different Places: Meet Jonathan Staddon

By Julie Perine on January 26, 2025

Today’s Bridgeport City Face can be seen capturing moments at various community events. Jonathan Staddon is a photographer and though he doesn’t live in Bridgeport, he has been shooting activities in our city since 2019. His business is VizaframePhotography.

He, his sister and six brothers grew up outside of Salem, close to their grandparents’ historic home where Jonathan now lives. Jonathan said he loves the people of Bridgeport he has met and gotten to know.

His best memory of our city to date is attending the 2024 Light Up Night with friends for the first time, capturing excitement and joy through photography.

Here is more about Jonathan:

What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are a lot of what I do for work. I have always loved photography, and being able to use that skill to help with events and fundraisers is thrilling!

What are you passionate about and why?
I'm passionate about helping individuals, groups, or businesses fulfill their ambitions and goals through marketing enterprises. Using photography, videography, and drone services to make it possible.

What is your favorite color?
My favorite color is Maroon.

What are your favorite movies and/or TV show?
There are so many good ones! I really enjoy watching Lego Masters and The Amazing Race.

What about music?
I come from a musical family. Christian Bluegrass is my go-to. I enjoy playing the violin in church with other family members.

What are your favorite foods and restaurants?
I love the variety of foods in Bridgeport. There are so many amazing places to eat. I lean toward Italian.

Do you like to travel? What are some special places you have visited?
I do love to travel. From the 46 states I've visited with family, the most special was being able to spend one last vacation in Hawaii with my father, before he passed away.

What is a fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that I took aviation classes for about two months. It was the beginning of my love for flying, which turned into flying drones for a living!

Is there anything else you would like to ad?
The individuals and businesses that make up a community are very important. And I look forward to the opportunities to help strengthen and support the Bridgeport Community any way I can. Feel free to reach out on Facebook at @Jonathan E Staddon for any photography needs or questions!
