How long have you lived in Bridgeport? 15 years
Where are you originally from? Clarksburg 
Are you married? Yes, to Barb Wilfong. Barb is from Summersville and a 1986 Nicholas County High School graduate. They were married at the First United Methodist Church in Clarksburg in August of 1992.
Children? Barb and John have two children. John, 20, is a 2015 BHS graduate. He is a sophomore at WVU studying exercise physiology. Anna, 17, is a senior at BHS. She is a BHS cheerleader.
What is your favorite color? Red
Where do you work? Byron is a dentist with Wilson Martino Dental
Favorite Bridgeport spot? Hinkle and Deegan Lakes because the trail makes it easy to run and it’s beautiful.
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Byron and his family enjoy skiing at Snowshoe.
Favorite place outside of WV? Turks and Caicos, he loves the natural beauty and laid back atmosphere.
Favorite restaurant? Oliverio’s Ristorante and Muriales
Best childhood memory? Byron went to Mercersburg Academy in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania. His senior year, 1985, he made 20 out of 21 free throw shots in a basketball game versus St. Frances.
Favorite musical group? Santana
Pets? French Bulldog named Bella
Hobbies? Running, skiing and gardening
Interesting fact about you? In October Byron ran in the Marine Corps Marathon in the DC area.
