City Faces in Different Places

Please take a moment to meet this week’s City Face Melissa Suter, sponsored by Higinbotham & Higinbotham, PLLC:
How long have you lived in Bridgeport? Fourteen years, she moved to Bridgeport from Fairmont.
Where are you originally from? Melissa graduated from Fairmont Senior High School in 1995.
Are you married? Yes, to Roger Suter, DDS. They were married at Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church in 1998. Roger graduated from East Fairmont High School in 1994. He is the owner of All Smiles Dental, LLC in Clarksburg.
Children? Melissa and Roger have three children. Lindsey, 14, is a freshman at BHS. She cheers and runs track at BHS. Macy, 13, is in 8th grade at BMS. She participates in cross fit at Ronin Fitness. Riley, 11, is in 5th grade at Simpson. He plays Bridgeport Jerry West Basketball and the drums.
What is your favorite color? Blue
Where do you work? Melissa volunteers with her children’s activities and schools as well as helping at All Smiles Dental.
Favorite Bridgeport spot? Melissa enjoys going to City Park. She loves seeing all the community activities that take place at the park. She also loves Light Up Night.
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Cool Springs is a favorite West Virginia destination of Melissa’s. She and her husband used to go on dates to the destination.
Favorite place outside of WV? Cancun, Mexico for it’s beautiful beaches, relaxing atmosphere and peaceful down time with her husband.
Favorite restaurant? The Aquarium Lounge – she loves the stuffed chicken breasts and roasted red pepper bruschetta.
Best childhood memory? Going to Logan Lake in Ohio with her mom’s family. She had ten aunts and uncles and the entire family would meet once a year for a grand gathering.
Favorite musical group? Eric Church
Pets? The family has three dogs - Maggie, Max and Maverick.
Hobbies? Cross fit and spending time with her busy family
Interesting fact about you? She went to Spain with her high school Spanish class her senior year.
