City Faces in Different Places

Please take a moment to meet this week’s City Face Paula Flint, sponsored by Higinbotham & Higinbotham, PLLC
 
 How long have you lived in Bridgeport? Paula has lived in Bridgeport her entire life.  She is a 1971 BHS graduate. 
 
Are you married? Yes, to Roger Flint.  Roger is also a lifelong resident of Bridgeport.  He is a 1974 BHS graduate.  They were married at Bridgeport United Methodist Church in 1978.
 
Children? Paula and Roger have three children.  Justin lives in Flagstaff, Arizona and works in construction management.  He has two children.  Todd lives in Paso Robles, California.  He is the US National Guard.  Leah Williams, lives in Bridgeport.  She has two children.  Her 92 year old mother, Paulene Synder, also lives with them in Bridgeport.
 
What is your favorite color? Blue
 
Where do you work? Paula is a life coach at the Holistic Health and Wellness Center on Main Street in Bridgeport.
 
Favorite Bridgeport spot? Maple Lake is Paula’s favorite Bridgeport spot.  She grew up on the lake and raised her own family there as well. 
 
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport?  Cooper’s Rock State Park is Paula’s favorite outside of Bridgeport.  She has performed several wedding ceremonies there, including her son’s wedding.  She finds it to be very scenic and serene. 
 
Favorite place outside of WV? Virginia Beach is different from the mountains but offers beautiful water and beaches. 
 
Favorite restaurant?  Oliverio’s Ristorante
 
Best childhood memory?  Paula grew up on Maple Lake.  She said it feels as if she grew up on vacation living in such a beautiful spot.  She would wear several bathing suits out each summer having fun in the lake with friends. 
 
Favorite musical group? Contemporary instrumental
 
Pets? None
 
Hobbies? Reading, keeping up with her family and researching are a few hobbies that keep her busy.
 
Interesting fact about you?  Paula considers herself to be extremely non-judgmental.  She sees the best in everyone and strives to help people find the best in themselves.
