City Faces in Different Places

Please take a moment to meet this week’s City Face Diane Peasak courtesy of Higinbotham & Higinbotham, PLLC:
How long have you lived in Bridgeport? Three years
Where are you originally from? Diane is from Fairmont. She is a 1990 East Fairmont High School graduate. She obtained her undergrad from FSU in 1994 and her Master’s in Social Work from WVU in 1996. 
Are you married? Yes, to David Peasak. David is a 1989 graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School. They were married in September of 1999 in the Poconos.
Children? Yes, Diane and David have three children. Tyler, 26, lives in Bridgeport and works for the Bridgeport Fire Department. Maggie, 14, is an eighth grader at BMS. She plays soccer for BMS. Dominick, 11, is a sixth grader at BMS. He plays baseball for Bridgeport Little League.
What is your favorite color? Red
Where do you work? Diane is a volunteer with her children’s school and sports activities.
Favorite Bridgeport spot? As the saying goes, “There is no place like home!” Diane enjoys the comforts of her home.
Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? The Greenbrier is her favorite place to go when she can get away. She appreciates the nostalgia and overall hospitable feeling.
Favorite place outside of WV? Diane likes to visit Las Vegas for its non-stop excitement and variety.
Favorite restaurant? Wonder Bar
Best childhood memory? Camping with her family in different places in West Virginia is a fond memory for Diane.
Favorite musical group? Maroon Five and Justin Timberlake
Pets? A Bichon Frise dog named Piper
Hobbies? Running, boating, snow skiing, reading, volunteering at BMS and running the concession stand at the Bridgeport Recreation Complex for Bridgeport Little League.
Interesting fact about you? Diane was a social worker at the United Summit Center for twenty years.
