City Faces in Different Places

By Hannah Edwards on July 28, 2019 from City Faces

A note from Hannah: Not only is this week’s City Face a rerun of my husband taken from 2016 (with a few updated answers) but it’s also my final City Faces in Different Places blog. I now pass the torch to my Connect-Bridgeport co-workers as I move on to the next phase in my professional life. To say parting is bittersweet is an understatement, but I look forward to the continued success of Connect-Bridgeport. That being said, I leave you with one of my favorite City Faces of all time, my husband, Kenny Edwards.

Please take a moment to meet this week’s City Face Kenny Edwards.

How long have you lived in Bridgeport? My whole life.

Are you married? Yes, to Hannah. We were married in 2015.

What is your favorite color? Red

Where do you work? I teach several different history classes at Bridgeport High School.

Favorite Bridgeport spot?  Hinkle and Deegan Lakes

Favorite WV spot outside of Bridgeport? Burnsville Lake.

Favorite place outside of WV? St. Augustine, Florida.

Favorite restaurant? Mia Marghertia

Best childhood memory? Fishing at Burnsville with my dad.

Favorite musical group?  Mumford & Sons

Pets? none

Hobbies? Fishing, reading, fly tying, and traveling

Interesting fact about you? I am left-handed and because of that am ambidextrous. There are a lot of things like notebooks and desks specifically for right-handed people so I had to adapt.
