Editor's Note: Residents, students, business owners, and more frequently receive honors in Bridgeport - locally, statewide, and nationally. While all are worth recognition, it is a rarity (and perhaps the only time) a Bridgeport High School graduate earned a Grammy. Such was the case with Rogers Nichols.
