Local Weekend Structure Fire is Under Investigation

A weekend structure fire in Harrison County outside of Clarksburg is being investigated by the West Virginia State Fire Marshal, according to authorities.
The fire, which took place Saturday evening along Wilsonburg Road, saw multiple agencies respond. Among the groups responding were the Reynoldsville, Nutter Fort, Spelter, and Salem Volunteer Fire Departments.
No one was injured in the blaze. The building was used for storage purposes.
The fire led to the temporary closure of Wilsonburg Road. One local fire official deemed the blaze as suspicious as the investigation will take place.
